Clean rooms with comfy beds and wake-up service. Location so close to port of 2/3km plus 2 boats and the beach.

That was exceptionally comfortable and relaxing hotel set in very green area, really close to bus stops as well as an excellent sandy beach. All the employees were really helpful and efficient. The whole experience was really lovely.

Staff is very frendly. It is 3 km from a port and good location to go to Venice by boat. Beach is behind the hotel, 300m to the beach. Our children enjoyed playing there.

The hotel is part of a camping. You can access the private beach from both; the private beach (10 euro a day) is near a free one.The hotel is 300m from the "town" center. Good morning buffet (8 euro). L'hotel è parte di un camping. La spiaggia privata (10 euro al giorno per sdraio e ombrellone) è comune e confina con la spiaggia libera. Buona scelta di colazione al mattino (8 euro).
I would have appreciated free Net connection. Avrei apprezzato un collegamento internet gratuito. La prenotazione con Postepay non è andata a buon fine e la riserva della camera è stata fatta sulla fiducia via telefono.

There are sea and beach near the hotel. Also you can reach Venice very fast from the port. The hotel has own parking, very comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay and didn't want to leave. Beautiful location, it is close to a bus stop. Lovely restaurant offers fab food.

I liked the idea of being close to Venice and yet away from the maddening crowds. The access to the beach was a plus. The staff was very warm and helpful.
The room was small and it did feel claustrophobic the first night because we could not open the window. Plus you need to factor in a lot of travel time to reach San Marco in Venice.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. the location is very green and close to the port, just 2/3km away. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Amenities like air conditioning, a work desk, and TV were a nice touch.

What a nice place to stay two nights! Old time charm and good attitude for treating visitors as friends. We enjoyed really much our stay in a double room with a big balcony towards park (two swans there!).
Our bathroom was not very good even it was really clean: there was not a proper shower room. Room decoration with lot of wooden cabins was not very stylish either. It should be good idea also to rent bikes for guests in hotel, because in hot weather it is not nice to walk to a village center to rent them.
